Cancellation Policy
CASH ONLY. If you paid a deposit the remainder total is due IN CASH. The card on file is just to hold your appointment or to be charged if you are a no show or cancel with the 24 hour grace period. If you are more than 5 mins late for your appointment it will be canceled. If you are a no call no show your card on file will be charged 100% of the service. If you cancel within the 24 hour cancellation window your card on file will be charged 50% of the service. If the card on file is not able to be charged it may result in you not being able to make any future appointments.
If you cancel within an hour to a few minutes before your appointment and reschedule a $30 fee will be added on to your service total at the time of your next appointment.
There is a 5 minute cancellation policy. If you are more than 5 mins late you will be asked to reschedule.
No extra guests will be allowed into the suite.
